Shots from Fujimi…

Br. John Chrysostom is with us for the fall semester visiting from our Priory in Fujimi, Japan. He brought some wonderful pictures to share and I thought that they might be appropriate for the blog – showing a bit of what life is like at Holy Trinity Monastery.

Pictured above is Prior Fr. Edward Vebelun, OSB presiding at mass with Br. John Chrysostom, OSB holding the lectionary.

Here is Br. Andrew Lam preparing a meal for the members of the monastery and any guests that they might also be hosting. Many of the members take turns, shopping and preparing meals.

Above is a great picture of the plaque announcing the monastery at the entrance to the property.

Peace, bpv
