Saturday morning brunch in Saint Bernard Hall…

Often on Saturday mornings a number of the college sophomore men in Saint Bernard Hall join me, their Faculty Resident, to set the table and cook a meal to celebrate the end of the week together. This week Br. Aelred Senna O.S.B. of cooking fame, helped in a huge way to cook huevos rancheros for the men. A good time is always enjoyed in just the preparation, the joining of hands to offer petitions and give thanks to God, the dining experience, good conversation and the clean up.
