Every year the University dining service prepairs a turkey dinner with all the trimmings for the college and prep school students. The affair is somewhat a formal one and the students must sign up ahead of time – particularly if they have a group that would like to be seated together. The monastic community along with members of the administration staff of both schools assist in the serving and clean up.
Beautifully set tables in the Great Hall for the feast! The main dining rooms and Quad. 264 were also set. The main dining rooms were used for a first and second seating.

The dinner begins in earnest!
Two turkeys were served for each table and the students carved for each other.
This was my table with the women from our sister college of Saint Benedict’s having no trouble puting away their share of the Thanksgiving bird!

Done!
